Food always comes on time but once they didn't complete my order got refund of $10 I was missing a cheese burger and a 10 piece chicken nuggets

Both quarter pounders contained a white sauce that is typically not added to the burger. They also didn't pack the apple pies I ordered. Thankfully, we did get our drinks and nuggets. I just wish a bit more care would be taken with the food.
