I love their food and never had a problem til today. I ordered the regular size surf & turf but received a small with an order of fries. I also paid and asked for extra cheese and called them to tell them I'm paying for extra cheese on my sandwich and the guy took my name and said "I got you" only to receive a small cup of nacho cheese! People want what they're paying for! Their food is too high to not be giving people what they're paying for!

I've eaten here before & enjoyed the food, but that was in person.
My dash experience sucked. My 6pc Chicken Tenders were dry and hard, I selected a ranch dressing, and I didn't get it. In addition to that my Bottle Sprite and Chocolate chip cookie was missing. The ticket on my bag had my entire order printed correctly but it was as though no one double checked. My bag was tied in a knot, I would have preferred the knot and a sealed sticker for more comfort. For the reasons above, & the fact the crab balls aren't an option through Doordash I won't be ordering from Melty again.

Hopes dashed...
Had the surf and turf Philly and crab balls...
Sandwich -> Bland with two pieces of shrimp on it. The fries that came with it -> equally bland and soggy...
The crab balls tasted soapy.

Philly cheesesteak eggrolls are delicious. Definitely recommend!! The ranch is delicious, I literally could drink it. It has to be homemade.

The 20 Wings were too salty and steroid wings. The hamburger quality was terrible. The shrimp was the frozen battered shrimp. In Louisiana, you should never serve frozen pre-battered Shrimp Basket.
