The battered cocktail fish are beautiful they are almost the size of a large piece of fish , cooked beautifully, the small chips was enough for two adults and were nice and hot . I have now ordered a few times from it has to be the best tasting food and the best value for your money , you could easily feed a family and know that they are full for not very much which is great in these hard economic times ! 😀 Defenetly will be my only fish and chips I order from , Thank you Metford Fish and Chip shop you guys are amazing 👏 ❤️

Size of large chips is ridiculous!
Pay $13 and the size is smaller than a size small chips that any other takeaway would have.

Large Crumbed Fish was large and tasty.
medium chips were very small portion compared to other times (3 handfuls at best ) and Chicken Nuggets were very small- petite, not worth 90c each.

I am disappointed in size of the 2 Chicken Schnitzels I ordered. Each was not that much bigger than the Vegetable Dim Sim .
Many times I ordered 1 Chicken Schnitzel , they all were bigger than the two combined today.
I took photo but it's not letting me share it. Why spend $17 on two schnitzels if one is bigger than 2?! feeling ripped off. :(
I generally like this store, food is always great, I think I'll stick to ordering just one from now on
