My first time trying this place-- it's really delicious! The soup broth has a really great depth of flavor and spice level and the added coriander and boiled peanuts add perfect texture.

Broth was a tasty but too many noodles and not enough vegetables. Dumlings were really good. Radish side was way too spicy for me but the one piece I managed to eat was good. Over all, portions small but tasted pretty good.

Usually we dine-in at Mian at least once a week, ordered it for take-out this time and it was just as fantastic! Everything is packaged well so nothing arrives soggy or sweaty. House pancake beef rolls still had crisp to them! That's impressive for take out!

Amazing dumplings and the texture of the noodles are also great. Just be prepared for HOT!
