The shrimp and grits were okay but why were the shrimp so small? My husband had lunch at the Milk and Honey at the Wharf and his doggy bag is what made me DoorDash my lunch. My order was from the Capitol Hill location and I felt slighted when I compared the shrimp!

The grits are fantastic, but $30 for a bowl of grits with 4 shrimp in it should be illegal. Also the biscuits are dry.

Jumbo Smothered Chicken & Biscuits Is always good, albeit perhaps a bit too salty at times. It is a great breakfast end a great brunch if you are a late sleeper!

Still one of my top favorites places to eat! Best Fried Fish- side and Honey Butter Biscuits (2) in DC! The fried lobster and salmon are uniquely prepared and so tasty, not overly battered or over- cooked. I miss the full restaurant but the cafe still delivers!

The location away from the wharf is the best. I love the Chef Sammy's Award Winning Shrimp & Grits but when I order from the wharf location it's like I'm getting old dry leftovers every time. I was using this order to determine if I'd ever buy from them again and I was not disappointed!!! 10/10 (for this location)
