Mimis tacos are so freaking good. The barbacoa is moist and flavorful. The Potato & Egg are fluffy. All the tacos are packed full of filling. My mom keeps asking me if we can get them again the next time shes in town and shes only had them once. Also the pastor for lunch is top tier. Mimi knows tacos. 10 stars.

WOWWWW The tacos are huge, totally stuffed with fillings. I had the barbacoa - perfect consistency, no weird bits. :) And the Papa-Chorizo taco ammmmmmmmmmazing! Seriously perfectly flavorful. I will be ordering again!

Best breakfast Tacos in SA!! I don't say this lightly. I've tried many, and these are awesome from tortillas, fillings, and salsas. I don't like eggs, so I've enjoyed the Bean & Cheese, Picadillo - add Potatoes.. delish, and Potato & Bacon - add Pico. Enjoy y'all!!

The Chorizo & Papa tacos are so flavorful. She packs the tacos so full they are literally bursting. 10/10 recommend for breakfast and lunch.

Barbacoa had hard pieces of the meat inside the tacos. Even though the tacos were huge, they were very greasy. Grease dripping out of the tortilla. The Country & Egg were greasy too. All tacos would have been a lot better without so much grease.
