Who doesn't love Mimi's fresh, hot 4 Pack Muffins and eggs Classic Benedict with a side of Bacon 4 Slices for breakfast on a Colorado snowy, blizzarding morning?!!
Food was awesome, as per usual! Thanks Mimi's; I gotta be careful or I'm going to eat myself into the next pants size up because of your 4 Pack Muffins!!!

I got the French toast with cream cheese and strawberries thing, I'm from TN so thought I'd DoorDash some places out here in Colorado. It was pretty good, the bread was warm, was just a TAD bit soggy, but overall the taste was nice, and the French toast was nice, had a very subtle sweet cinnamon taste to it. Very satisfied with the flavor of the French toast. To top it off, i also get the scrambled eggs and 3 turkey sausages on the side. To that regard, I'm quite satisfied with the portion. But. The eggs and sausages were lukewarm at best. It felt like I was eating microwaved leftovers, and the microwave was put for 10 seconds at best. I was very disappointed with the temperature of the eggs and sausages. The turkey sausages weren't actually bad, again just kind of warm- almost room temperature, the eggs on the other hand, I am aware that eggs get cool fast but they got here actually quite cool. Very off putting. They weren't warm at all. And tbh my order got here quite fast. I'd definitely go for this place again given the portions, but I'd probably have to go in person. Very thankful for their portions. Many places tax a lot when you're getting sides. The french toast things were easily a 7/10 the sausage and eggs though were a solid 3/10. Could make better at home for less than half the price.

Had the Hawaiian burger. Burger was bland with no seasoning. Bun was soggy, lettuce was wilted. The small portion of fries were cold and stale, like they were under a heat lamp for much too long. Certainly not worth the money. Better food can be found for much less.

The French dip did not come with the aus ju. The calamari was soggy and gross and about 6 pieces for $15 with no marinara. The mimosa flight was not given at all. The only positive I can give is the French onion soup. I will not be ordering from here again

Food was awful, I found shell in my poached eggs, cheese on the omelette was cold and coagulated, $85 (we ordered a few breakfast things to share) and out of 4 items, all 4 were terrible. I barely ate a bite it was so bad. I've always found Mimi's when in Cali solid, but my first experience here in Colorado (mind you, been here 3 years and first time ordering here) was just awful... I was charged $3 for that unappetizing "side" of avocado that wasn't even fresh (see photo); even the bacon arrived cold and way too salty. I will never order from Mimi's again. Save your money and just order from Snooze or Urban egg...
