Tried the Lomo Saltado. Unfortunately the beef was dry and tough, and didn't absorb the flavorful sauce very well. The rice was slightly undercooked. The Inca Kola, however, was refreshing and the Tallarine Verde con Bistek was enjoyable.

Food changed in quality and missing ingredients . Chicha Morada was way off on flavor / reciepe , aji de Aji De Gallina did not have egg, Ceviche did not have sweet potato, Crema Volteada has changes in recipe and size. I realize food cost are high labor is high and running a restaurant is hard but when I am spending money at a restaurant that I frequently order from and have all these Item quality issues it's disappointing. Either you have a new chef or a new owner and it's horrible. Won't order from here again.

The arroz con pollo was so salty. Like licking a salt block. The tamal criollo was so dry that it crumbled upon touching it. I don't know what the pickles were seasoned with but it smelled like cow intestines before cleaning them. The anticucho was so dry and salty. It was like a jerky. The only thing that was decent was the empanadas. It was decent but the outter skin was super chewy.
Everything was so inedible. My family just gave up on eating it (what was left in the photo). We don't like to waste food. But this is the exception. We were so disappointed.
