Every thing was spot on and exactly how we ordered it! It is rare to find this in a restaurant these days! One that has great food and great service and takes the time to do special requests! Ming's is a true Gem! Best Vegetable Fried Rice and Kung Pao Tofu, and my Son says its the best Pork Fried Rice and Kung Pao Beef he has ever had! Would give 10 Stars if I could!!!! :)

Can never say enough good things about Ming's Restaurant! The Fried Rice is the best in all of Fresno County. Never soaked in Soy Sauce (you can always add this if that's your thing), the rice is white, and a perfect texture, never soggy or hard. The vegetables are always perfect, never over cooked! The Kung Pao Tofu is so good. They always work with you on ingredients, extras, spicyness. The quanties are more than generous, and it always arrives piping hot!

I hav tried for a long time to find food of this value; Ming's provided a hot, fresh and delicious plate of food,plus the deep fried shrimp was delicious with a soft but crispy battered covering.. Everything so well packed and delivered by DOOR DASH in such a little time frame. THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED... JB

First time ordering from Mings, and it was absolutely delicious! It arrived and everything was HOT very impressive for a 20 minute drive. I ordered Ming's Special Chow Mein and it was fantastic. Got the General Tao's Chicken, which could've been spicier, but that's just my preference. The Pork Fried Rice was also good, and I loved how they didn't dump a gallon of soy sauce on it, but provided packets so I could pour to taste. The Deep Fried Shrimp (8pc) was a 3/5, because the shrimp were smaller and the batter was really thick. And the potstickers were lackluster too, because the outside wasn't crispy, and yet the inside was scolding hot. The main dishes were fire and we will MOST definitely be ordering from here again!
