this is my favorite place in town!I am totally addicted to their Tealicious Cookie milk tea with extra boba and cream! Another family favorite is Coconut Slushie with mango and strawberry popping boba! sooooo delicioous!!!!!! oh and the No.9 Ramen Whole Mozzarella is out of this world decadent! The owners are always there and are always smiling and in a good mood. they remember my name and my order(s) every time! love me some mochiatsu!!!!

these are the best boba teas and doughnuts in town! every flavor is amazing but the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba and cocoCoconut Pineapple SlusCoconut Pineapple Slushie and coconut milk tea are our favorites! so good and amazing family that runs it! I'm an almost daily customer!!!!
