I loved that I could get the mochi waffles with a combo addon of boba tea for less (just go to the waffle listing and there is an option to add on a drink!) . The Ube Mochi Waffle, Pandan Mochi Waffle, and Egg Puff portions were generous, freshly made, and so delicious.
We had the Thai Bubble Milk Tea and Jasmine Bubble Milk Tea as addons to the waffles to take advantage of the combo deal. Both milk teas were excellent, boba had a great texture.
Big recommend to Mr Green Bubble, we were very impressed!

The Pandan Mochi Waffle was a disappointment. The waffle texture was rock hard, not soft and squishy like mochi is supposed to be. Expect to be chewing a lot for every bite you take. The flavor was ok but beware, the batter also has coconut shreds, which I don't like with pandan. For the amount charged, the store should be giving a full waffle instead of half.

Chico Egg Puff comes with a drink upgrade for $4.50 and so do the Sesame Balls (6) ... presentation is so cute and the way they fold the bags and boxes. Definitely not underrated. They also have almond, oat, whole milk and other mix-ins for an added $1 or less, inside Boba Taro Milk Tea for $6.00! Rewards program for reoccurring customers. Be back soon! Great job!!!!

i absolutely LOVEEE their popcorn chicken!! its always the perfect crispiness and just so good. not to mention, they always put a ton of boba in the drinks, which is exactly the way i like it!! literally everything abt this place is perfect

Ube Mochi waffle is very good and well cooked, not too gooey. The popcorn chicken was pretty good too. Not too salty and was juicy. Could be a little crispier, but good flavor overall.
I ordered the lavender milk tea and that was as expected- semi sweet. The jasmine bubble milk tea was so bad. It's probably the worst milk tea I've ever had. I went back to double check my order it was so bad- zero hint of sweetness or floral! It just tasted like someone threw earl grey and milk in a cup.
The food and price point is good enough for me to try the slushees instead next time. But for ordering both food and milk tea- T4 and Li Cha Tea kill their milk teas.
