I ordered a med hot buttered cheesesteak with extra meat, extra cheese, extra grilled onions, extra banana peppers, my God, whoever it was that made my sandwich, hooked it up! It was so so so GOOD! My husband had a med Roman burger plus we each hadda order of reg waffle fries, but that sandwich tho!

I order the same thing often, but lately when I get my fries there are barely any fries. I legit have 3 full fries and a little bit of end pieces. I love Mr. Hero, I get it all the time, but lately it's been kinda skimpy :(

the fries were hard as he'll couldn't eat.

MY FRIES WERE STALE LIKE HAD BEEN MADE HOUR AGO. They were not fresh. Never had this issue with this store before.
