LG Potato Waffers® were cold and soggy, Chicken & Bacon Waffledoodle™ had a single slice of bacon hidden under the cheese, and a processed chicken patty nothing like advertised. Disappointment in a bag.

Hot buttered cheese steaks were greasy. the Large Funnel Cake Fries were greasy and chewy and the caramel sauce was watery and had a burnt taste to it. I have been eating Mr Hero for 30+ years and have never been so disappointed with their food

My bread was cold not tasted and the meat wasnt even cut up. Idk who made this but this aint Mr.Hero coming from Texas and this was a complete waste of money. Next time I'll just stick with my ridge road location.
