First time I've seen this spot on here so we tried it tonight and best tasting burger I've ate in minute. Fries were still crispy after a 15 minute drive,burger just had the perfect taste and the prices weren't bad for what you get. This spot definitely is going on top of my favorites list!!!

My burger was terrible the cheese wasn't melted the bun was stale and my fries were undercooked just for a 8$ refund.

this food was terrible, ALL OF IT! The Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich was dry, not hot. my whole Karl’s Grilled Cheese was missing! the friesCrinkle Fries were cold and hard and were shoestring fries, not even what they advertise. they didn't include the cheese I bought for the fries. Beast Style Burger Combo was wrong, they left out my drink! this whole experience was terrible and I spent over $30 for $10 worth of food. Never again!

First time trying this place and here's what i have to say ... Beast Style burger is better than Steak ‘n Shake (and that's my favorite spot) but not better than Shake Shack. When it comes to smash burgers. I would suggest having more condiment options, definitely would've been 10/10 with BBQ sauce on it.
Not a fan of the Crinkle Fries at all. I would order without next time. Don't really like crinkle fries to begin with anyways.
Moral of the story i definitely will order from this place again ! Burger was HUGE ! Didn't expect that.

Pretty meh. The Karl's Deluxe had no flavor at all. The Signature Crinkle Fries didn't have nearly enough seasoning, and what it had wasn't spread out at all (just a little bit on the fries in the middle of the box). Not worth the high price compared to other fast food burger chains that are at least as good.
