This place is currently my new fav tea and coffee shop, They always get everything right and everything looks very nice and detailed and the taste is IMMACULATE, like wayyyy better than most tea places

Typically I love their teas, however the M1. Black Sugar Milk Tea tastes so watered down and I asked for little ice so ice was not the issue. The M6. Taro Milk Tea in this order was good.

Everytime Im in the area, I order from here! The C2. Iced Vietnamese Coffee is my go to and I love the Original Bubble Waffle as well! 10/10!
