We are the fast casual sister of a Michelin Guide restaurant known as Nan Xiang Soup Dumpling.
Nan Xiang is a very special restaurant for our couple. Since it became franchised, it is more accessible for us to order it. We order very often too. Today, we realized the quantity of noodles increased, making our belly full too soon, but also the broth couldn't contain this amount of noodles in the bowl.
The signature pork A1.. Nan Xiang Signature Pork Soup Dumplings 南翔小籠包 [原味] - they changed de dumpling shape - more pronounced folds. All the tastes are still same but I hope they will figure out the right ratio broth : noodles.

Pepper beef bowls tasted strongly of burnt sesame oil and had a small amount of beef. Would not come back here for bowls.

Everything was a new experience of taste. The D8.. Chicken Dumplings(6 pcs) 雞肉水餃(6 pcs) was delicious. The S3.. Shrimp, Pork & Vegetable Wontons Soup Small (4pcs) 蝦仁菜肉餛飩湯 小份 4PC soup was delicious except and hot just what I needed with a drop of chili spicy. The S1.. Vegetarian Sour & Spicy Soup 酸辣汤 was great too. Now, the C7.. Scallion Pancake 原味蔥油餅 truly needs more scallions to taste like a true scallion pancake. The delivery person was courteous and bought my food to my door, Thank You.

The sponge tofu is served cold and is sweet which isn't mentioned in its description. C1.. Cucumber Salad with Garlic 脆口青瓜 is bland needs more salt and more garlic.

D10. Pork & Veg Wonton in Spicy Peanut Sc were EXCELLENT. Everything else was very good but these stood out.
