Big Big Bacon Burger is perfect as always, however, the pop wasn't necessarily what I had hoped for. They do not have an option to choose what soda you would like and was not accepting "comments" or "requests". Thefore, leaving it up to the Dasher to choose for you or to message you. Unfortunately, my dasher did not ask me what soda I would like and opted to just pick one and go. Very loaded burger and well worth the already low price. Two big, well seasoned and cooked burger patties and wonderful quality. I also ordered the Fries Reg with seasoning and was hoping to find a way to get Ketchup, which I could not find, leaving ne with incredibly seasoned fries and no way to level out the seasoning with sauces. Regardless, fries were delicious, especially after I grabbed my own ketchup from work.

This location seems to throw theirburgers together without much care. Second time the lettuce was old, cheese looked like an after thought..bun was dry..
No fry sauce given and nowhere to select it on the app.

They dont include sauce with the Fri Smes (fries) even if you add on sauce. The fries arent that great to have on their own and would benefit from some sauce to cover up the taste. They were crispy though which is a nice texture but again, the taste is bad. If you add anything on your Shake you won't get it, its one thing if they called to let me know they were out or maybe if I wanted a substitute but they just sent me a plain shake and called that good. The Root Beer Float and Kids Corn Dog were the stars of the show though! Their plain vanilla does its job in this float and lets the root beer shine so it was a delectable treat. The corn dogs, I really recommend getting even if its labeled "kids" was the best corn dog I have had in a while! Crispy but not burnt, sweet corn batter that goes really well with the sausage inside. Dip that in some ketchup or mustard from your fridge (since again, no sauce) and dig in!!

Burgers DRY as heck and fries were even more dry I do have to say this is the first time I've had NOT GOOD food from Nancys and I've had it LOTS but this order was completely missed the mark unfortunately
