Wow wow wow! This is the best Sushi Appetizer I've had in a very long time- and I've had sushi in Japan! I like it was chef's choice as I got to try some flavors I've never tried before. The salmon was my favorite. I liked the Veggie roll as well as NR gives the option of adding extras. (I was able to add crab. :) The Side of 2 marinated egg had an interesting flavor (not bad at all) but I prefer plain boiled eggs. Glad I tried it thought. Oh and I do have to mention the packaging! The food came in an insulated bag (silver lining) and the handles were even made of cloth! Very special. I highly recommend Nara Ramen.

I was literally BLOWN AWAY by the food I ordered. Seriously some of the best ramen I've ever had. Not just in Boise, it brought me back to the ramen I craved when I was in Japan! Wow! Just wow. I cant wait to go in person!!

The Spicy Tantanmen is the best ramen I've ever had, from the meal arriving hot with a large portion to the flavor of the broth and the texture of the noodles.

I've tried a few flavors of the ramen and the Black Garlic Tonkotsu is the best. So flavorful and the garlic is not overwhelming. However I did not see ANY vegetables (maybe a few scallions) in the soup. They forgot the seaweed that comes with it and forgot the extra seaweed I paid for. So basically I had noodles and broth. Luckily for me noodles and broth were good. The Nigiri Sake (salmon) and the Nigiri Tobiko (fish roe) were excellent. The Nigiri Tobiko (fish roe) was the most flavorful.
I know I went from a 5 star to a 3 star pretty quickly, and although everything tasted really good, I just couldn't ignore the missing ingredients in the soup. That was very disappointing. Not sure what happened tonight. I'm know I'll order again but how do I get them to make sure they include the vegetables next time? I guess I'll have to call them before they start the order.

The Spicy Beef Ramen was excellent. It was plenty spicy for me! The Gyoza Appetizer was exactly what I was expecting too! The good arrived very warm in their special little bag. Very nicely done. Will definitely order from them again!
