First time ordering, read all the reviews and decided they're local, Let me give them a try. not disappointed, and I would highly recommend them if you're hungry. you're getting a tray that's about two inches tall, and it's filled about three and a half inches high of food.
I'm a 250lb man. That was 2 portions for me, it's the quality of the items that they're serving. The rice is different. It's longer, double the size of Chinese rice and it has a flavor to it, not bland.
I ordered half rice & half salad. it was a perfect blend of both. added a side of their bread, to make my own wraps. Looking forward to trying more items, they have a big menu and it looks so good.

It was 1:30am and I was craving something fresh and not so much fastfood. NY Chicken and Gyro definitely fufilled my craving! The portion for the platter was a bit larger than I expected . The lamb was well a seasoned and cooked to perfection. The only thing I wish was different, was that I requested more salad. Overall, it's freaking delicious and worth the money!

We are never disappointed. Great flavors. Generous portions. Success with the Chicken Platter Combo. We tried the Jumbo Chicken Wings (Crispy)for the first time. Nice crunch and flavor. The BBQ and white sauce are delicious. Our bag was perfectly packed and sealed.

Per usual they did not disappoint. I got the mixed Mix Platter. As you can see they fill their plates really well. The food is always delicious and the food is prepared in a timely manner. The mix platter has chicken and lamb with basmati rice and salad. They also give a side of white and red sauce. The red sauce is spicy while the white sauce is tangy.

Ok, I'm gonna tell you something. This place is great. I've been ordering from here for several years and it's always been really good; even my picky eater son loves this food as well.
I had no idea this kind of food was a thing until I was in NYC for business and, while walking around Manhattan, came upon a halal chicken cart. I figured I'd try that vs the typical hot dog and it was phenomenal. I'll always remember sitting on the steps of some building in NY on a cold day eating that chicken bowl.
Fast forward a few years and somehow I came across this place. I called them up and asked the guy who answered if this is the same type of food that you get on the Halal food carts in NYC and he affirmed that it indeed was. As a matter of fact, if memory serves me, he was pretty psyched that I had asked that as I think he was happy someone knew the origin of this. But, that could be me.
Anyway, you get a solid portion, it's consistently good, and I highly recommend this place. And the falafel isn't dry which, for some reason, is challenging for a lot of places.
The only drag is that the parking there sucks so if I want it, I have to use DoorDash which is much more spendy.
Oh- and I'm not a lamb guy, but recently tried the lamb mix plate and it was really good- so now I'm on the lamb bus in general.
Well done, NYC&G guys. I hope you're around for a long time.
