Things can be labeled and checked gluten free. This is an enormous help for me and rare in this cuisine. Additionally, the food was EXCELLENT filled with flavor and great portions. Good heat when I went for hot, I like spice so may even kick it up next time. I love the food and will be back, the only downside is that with Celiac Disease I can't try their Donuts! But I highly recommend this restaurant. Best thai food in Chicago in my opinion.

Authentic Thai flavor meets huge American portion sizes. The pad kra pao was a little too sweet for my taste, but you'll find the same variation in Thailand between different restaurants. Kai dao (fried egg) cooked with perfectly runny yoke.

40. Pad Thai was great - asked for no peanuts due to allergy, which is such a great option offered. 7. Moo Ping (6) very generous serving and not too fatty. 3. Crab Rangoon (8) all cream cheese and no crab. 25. Som Tum (Papaya Salad) ordered mild-medium but felt more hot spicy. Difficult to eat with a low spice tolerance, but flavors are great.

30. Pad Paak Roum Mit was fine but the 11. Fried Chicken Wings the skin was rubber like and what they call six wings were just three wings split. the fried banana everything squirted out of the wonton so basically eat the crunchy wonton and then eat the banana with a fork

“Noble Thai: A Royal Feast in My Living Room”
I ordered delivery from Noble Thai, and let me tell you, it felt like I was hosting a Michelin-starred dinner party…for myself. Gaeng Masaman, Pad Thai, and Spring Rolls all arrived looking like they’d been plated by a food stylist, ready to make my taste buds bow down.
Gaeng Masaman:
This curry was royalty. The rich, creamy sauce had just the right balance of sweet and savory with a hint of spice that whispered, “I could turn up the heat, but I’ll be nice.” The potatoes were perfectly tender, the peanuts added a delightful crunch, and the beef? So tender it might as well have been marinated in magic. If comfort food could wear a crown, it’d be this dish.
Pad Thai:
Ah, the classic. Noble Thai’s Pad Thai didn’t just meet expectations—it exceeded them and then did a victory dance. The noodles were perfectly cooked, coated in a sauce that was tangy, slightly sweet, and utterly addictive. The generous chunks of chicken and crispy peanuts tied everything together in a harmony so perfect it deserves a Grammy.
Spring Rolls:
These spring rolls were crispier than my dad’s bad puns. The filling was fresh and flavorful, with just the right crunch-to-flavor ratio. And the dipping sauce? A sweet, tangy masterpiece that made me consider drinking it straight (don’t judge me).
Everything was neatly packaged, still hot, and arrived faster than my willpower could remind me to save leftovers. Noble Thai didn’t just deliver dinner; they delivered a VIP culinary experience that left me wishing I had ordered double.
10/10, would happily eat my weight in curry and noodles from here again. Long live Noble Thai!
