The Classic Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup and scallion pancakes were delicious!! The spicy oil on the side for the soup was perfect (so deliciously hot, just as I was hoping for and remember from home cooking) and the soup's temperature was also perfectly hot even after bringing home!
I love the crispiness of the pancakes and only wish I could've enjoyed it dining in for an even crispier crisp.
So happy that Noodle Craft is just a 4 minute walk from my apartment! going to be picking up often

FOOD SAFETY ISSUE! The A-7 Taiwanese Salt and Pepper Chicken ( 盐酥鸡) was very very bad. The oil had obviously been reused for many times which made the chicken dark and tasted bad. The chicken itself was bad as well, being small, fat and sour. This was the worst chicken I've ever had.

Local eats in LIC keep getting better thanks to restaurants like Noodle Craft. The cold noodles with shredded chicken was refreshing, adequately spiced, and very tasty.
