It all began with a spark of curiosity. For thousands of years, as Chinese immigrants, we have had our deeply ingrained culture in noodles. It gives us a taste of home. In 2017, we opened our first re…
Good quality ingridients + great amount of both meat and noodles + good spice (good but not too much) can't fail. It was really the best Chinese noodle I've had in a while, thank you.

Food tastes great but they barely gave any beef. The beef noodle soup was mostly just noodles with a few tiny pieces of beef (a few 1 inch cubes literally) and they charge $20 for this. And the beef wrap had mostly veggies and dough inside with a couple of tiny slices of beef. Traditional beef wraps should be stacked with beef (layers), not this place, youll only see one thin slice of beef in the wrap. I've ordered many times before in the last several years and it's obvious they no longer provide the same amount as beef as they use to. Too bad.

Large portion. Medium spicy. Initial bites I was blown away. Lots of chicken and potatoes to be poured over the noodles. Came in separate containers. Thought it was extremely delicious. Then the sodium aftertaste kicked in. Wow. Way too much. Maybe it was this batch. Will try again but if this is regular saltiness, we will all need high blood pressure medication

The beef in my Signature Beef Noodle Soup (3P) was rotten and smelled horrible the minute I opened the bowl. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (3P) was fine. I brought the Signature Beef Noodle Soup (3P) into the store & the attendant offered me a new one, but no apology . Ten minutes later, they bring me a new one and she says its from the same batch. I opened the container to check it & it also smelled rotten. I asked her to check the meat and she said it's fine. She asks if I have "ever eaten here before." I responded that I have been a regular for years. She said "really" and lifted one eye brow. I told her I would like a refund as I will not eat rotten meat. She calculated a refund for the Signature Beef Noodle Soup (3P) but was unable to verify that it has been properly returned to my card. She tells me to "check tomorrow" and "hopefully its all good."
To be clear, I normally really appreciate noodle street, the one in Monrovia was my go to for four years. And this one has been my go to for the past two. I have never had a weird & uncomfortable (rude?) interaction like this before. Disappointing.
