So this one came out of the Irvine location. For some reason th noodles just hit different than the Fullerton one where you can watch the guy hand pulling it. Still good. Just not the same. Im sure they have someone at Irvine too but it's an art where supposedly people spend 10 years doing it to perfect it. Noodles just don't have the same pull and texture. But still better than all the other noodle places.

Ordered the Korean BBQ with Rice and Scallion Pancake. Portions were so much larger than expected which I was super happy about. Everything was also super flavorful and delicious! I'm recovering from the flu and this made me felt like a very hearty and homey meal. Very satisfied!
