North Star Pho is in my top 3 favourite places to eat in Brooks. I really recommend it. I like to get the P6. Rare Beef, Brisket, Beef Balls Noodle Soup Large and it is so filling and comforting. I like to eat in the restaurant usually because the atmosphere is so cozy and lovely, but I was sick and ordered the soup in this time instead. It is the best meal when you are sick!! (also the soup is massive, so great value for the price. I usually have to save some of it for later.)

North Star pho is my absolute favourite place to order from in Brooks. Not only is the service fast, it's always absolutely delicious. Im a big fan of the spicy stir fry's, won ton soup, and the deep fried chicken wings.

Portion of my B1. House Special Vermiccelli/Bún Đặc Biệt seemed pretty small for over 20$ noodles are cheap, dont see why there was so little. Yummy though

I was very thankful to North Star! Food is always amazing with great flavour and service is so nice. North Star forgot to pack brisket into my P3. Brisket Noodle Soup Large and they were so nice they delivered me an entire new soup for free which I did not at all expect. I really recommend to eat here all the time!

Food was amazing! Exactly how I remember vietnamese food being! I excluded one star though because I had only gotten 2 small Beef balls in my P6. Rare beef, brisket, and beef ball noodle soup. :(
