Everythings arrived hot and fresh. The chicken is fried crispy and perfect. The fried okra is tasty and not slimy. The mashed potatoes and gravy surprised me a bit when I first opened it. It appeared to be half gravy and half potato, but theres just a nice pool of gravy in the middle that you can dunk your chicken in. Yum! 10/10 comfort food on a cold night!

I order alot from NY Prime. Chicken wings 10/10, fries 8/10 not enough but fried well, Curry chicken with Red beans 2 naan was 10/10 first time trying and will order again, 2 Southwestern Egg Roll Chicken, Black Beans, Corn & Cheese with Hot Honey Garlic Sauce I would give 8/10, delicious but not fried enough on outside. Overall everything together still 5 star rating!.. enjoyed it all

The 9 piece box of chicken- chicken too salty and greasy. Chicken was dry. Sides were single serve portions and included only 2. The nine piece is enough to feed 3-4 people so one would think the sides would be larger. Mashed potatoes and gravy were bland. The slaw tasted old and on the verge of needing to be thrown out. Would not order from this restaurant again.

Fried Chicken delicious ... nice whole wings (not those party wings), fried well, fries good, and who doesnt like old school soda's like pineapple and strawberry... 5 stars on this meal!

WOW! We had a delivery through Door Dash, and the chicken arrived piping hot. The coating was not super heavy but extremely crispy with a hint of spiciness. The meat was so moist that juices seeped out when pierced with a fork. The fried okra and potatoes and gravy were great as well. The biscuits were flaky and soft. We had left over chicken straight from the fridge for lunch today. The coating still had crunch, the meat was still juicy, and spice was a bit more pronounced. It will be perfect for picnics. We have found our favorite chicken!
