The Fresh Rolls were great but the Pad Thai was very dry. I even think part of it was burnt this time. I've ordered the Pad Thai a couple of times now hoping it would be better and everytime it's dry. There is no where on the app or online to add or request more sauce or omit any items. At least they give a decent portion of chicken!

Normally... my wife and I LOVE this place. Have been ordering from them for several years. Tonight, our Miso Soup was not sealed properly and the entire container was emptied into the bag. My wife's Mild Thai Garlic was insanely spicy and my Spicy Curry Fried Rice was rather bland.
TLDR: They need to wrap and seal the soup separately, and order the Beef Panang if you want a flavor bomb.

Thai Noodle Soup - unbelievable. So simple and so flavorful. This was my favorite of 4 things I ordered. The Pad Pak (Mixed Vegetable) was also very good. Portion was be a bit tidy but the taste made up for it. I will definitely reorder from Ocha and looking forward to that!!
