The food is always good! We love their O'Charley's Famous Chicken Tenders Dinner and their potato soup is amazing! They just need to pay close attention to instructions for ingredients taken off because we had a food allergy to bacon and that messed with the meal.

honestly for the price paid, I would expect more than 1/2 a cup at best of loaded mac n cheese (loaded with green onion only) and 1/4 cup of coleslaw and same with mashed potatoes, poor Ribs & Chicken Tenders tough as boots, I would have felt ripped off at 1/4th the price, seems restaurants feel they can charge anything they want for garbage through door dash!!

The flavor is good as well as the texture of the grits . My only complaint is I legit was given only TWO shrimp , and im not over exaggerating. That literally defeated the purpose of the order . Especially when the portion of grits were generous .

our chicken tender orders were each missing one tender. all tenders were very over cooked / burnt leaving chicken dried out. The side salad was extremely tiny for the cost. the key lime pie was bad.

There was no cheese in the cheese wedges. They were overcooked & the cheese was gone. You could see where the cheese oozed out of the wedges. They were not edible. The 3 tenders were less than 3 inches long & mostly skin, barely any chicken at all. Extremely disappointed. Was my first time trying the Chips & Queso & it was runny like water. Potato skins were the only thing worth eating. They were small, but good.
