First time buyer. it was great. I ordered a pre-made because I didn't know how to build one. I got the Iowan - Regular which was more than enough. I could only eat half. amazing flavor and fresh.

got the Large Bowl which allows two protein choices and opted for the ohana salmon crab. very good sized and flavorful and fast especially coming from Marion

I was expecting more based on reviews. I'd have liked more than 3 slices of cucumber and the rice was not good. I couldn't put any "special requests" in so couldnt get soy sauce. I hate to be a hater but I was a bit disappointed.
What would make it better would be using seasoned sushi rice, soy sauce, and better presentation/ingredient balance. Hot rice is weird with raw fish too that could just be a me problem though.

Not super warm when it got to me and the pork belly was kind of over cooked but the flavor was all delicious! I would still definitely order again and recommend. Regular Bowl
and the soft serve is really yummy! I got the pineapple and cherry twist and the flavors are delicious Dole Soft Serve
