ive always loved their food and portions, my favorite things are the plane and simple, medium rare steak bowl with steamed rice and yum yum sauce, and a tuna roll or two. But today they went above and beyond for me. I had an order that included steak hibachi but upon receiving it I only had Steak, no rice or veggies. I got my partial refund through DD, then called the store to make sure if I ordered it the same way again, I'd get what I was expecting(I really wanted that hibachi). she confirmed that I did everything right, said she'd look out for my order and make sure it was right next time, and she got me not only a proper steak hibachi order (maybe with extra steak? it was a healthy portion) but also the rice and veggies I was missing from last order. Great customer service, and super pleased with the food as always

I'm new in town, here for a few weeks. Felt like trying some local Asian cuisine. definitely will not be ordering from here again. The Sweet & Sour Chicken side looks like cut up chicken coated thinly in something, can't tell, not enough on the plain chicken to tell, with peppers in the container. I only taste the peppers. If it's is battered before getting fried, it is way to runny. When I opened it I swear it smelled like hot sauce, not sweet and sour sauce. The Crispy Crab Roll is no bigger than a candy bar, my thumb is bigger than it. Polly Pocket would be proud. The Crab Rangoon has a weird herby taste I stead of sweet cream cheese and crab. Also, I've gotten more pieces for the same amount at other places, that tasted better.

Normally really good but this time missed the mark , rice was hard and crunchy , tasted old , hardly any sauce and flavor was kinda weird , for $40.00 for two meals , this was a bummer , same with my other order

I ordered a dynamite Dynamite Roll , Gyoza and General Tso's Chicken side . The flavor of everything was great, but there were other problems. As far as the chicken, everything was great. It has a nice flavor and the portion was decent. The roll was only a half roll. For the price, I was expecting a full roll. It was also packaged very poorly with a thick sauce (Hoisin or katsu?), pickled ginger, wasabi, and a little yummy sauce all shoved in a corner on top of each other and pretty much all mixed up. Those should all be separated somehow . There also wasn't anything to dip the gyoza in. Normally there'd be a cup of seasoned soy sauce, dumpling sauce, even ponzu would have went well with it, but instead I had to use what was left of the sweet chili sauce that was included with the dragon roll. I'm just passing through so I doubt I'll have the chance to order from here again, but to be honest, I'm not sure I would anyway, unless the competition happened to be closed that day.
