My bread on my Turkey Hoagie was hard like it was left out all night. The Real Deal Philly Pretzel (1) was just as hard if not harder. IDK why it's called rw real deal im from Philly and this was a disappointment.

They messed up tonight. The cheese whiz in the Cheesesteak was watery and off, almost like they diluted it. Usually much better. May never order from here again.
