Food had no taste. The $6 dollar slices of cake are twice the price for half the amount.
Gravy on mashed potatoes was like gelatin.
Very disappointed how much the quality has declined while the prices have gone up.

I've ordered from Ollie's dozens of times and I don't have a single complaint. The food is great, amazingly priced, packed with care, and arrives hot and fast. What more can you ask for? Instead of spending $40 on fast food pizza that disappears, get yourself a huge portion of food that starts as actual ingredients. 10/10!

The Turkey Club is delicious! The bread is always toasted perfectly, the bacon is fresh, the lettuce crisp. I get fries as a side and they are always perfectly cooked! I love the food here, its always so fresh and tastes amazing!
My only complaint, and its nothing very serious, is the way the meal is packed. The sandwich quarters are normally placed in the 4 corners and the fries are then added in the middle and around the sandwich. The only problem with that is that the moisture builds up from the hot fries and starts to make the bread a little softer then it should be. So nothing too serious but either some ventilation for fries so the moisture doesnt build up or another method of packaging would be best. But thats just my 2 cents.
Aside from that very minor issue the food itself is always top notch here. I havent had a bad meal and ive been eating here since i was a kid.
So if youre in the mood for a Turkey Club look no further, this sandwich will definitely hit the spot!

Im not sure what happened. Normally the food is excellent. My Chicken Francaise had absolutely no flavor and the chicken was extremly dry. The Turkey Club had one slice of bacon and very little turkey.
