my food was FANTASTIC! Wedge salad was fresh, the bourbon glazed pork belly and pickled onions were the perfect addition. Jalapeño Brisket Bomb is an amazing combo of flavours and soooo good. Peach Cobbler ... divine. This was some of the best food I have had in awhile. Definitely ordering the next time I'm in town. Thanks OMC

A very solid choice, and a very solid portion. Nice pieces of well cooked brisket, good cheesy flavors, and pretty rich. It's best to pick a tangy barbecue sauce to top with.
The portion I had was definitely enough to feed two people.

Country fried rib dinner. Did not specify how many ribs. I only received 4 on top of stale bread, they were burnt and broken bones. Sweet potatoes was chunky. The Mac and cheese was mushy like it was sitting all day. And corn bread was burnt. Received more sauces than ribs. Over all disappointed.

Ribs were falling off the bone, brisket was nice and juicy, and the chicken wasn't dry at all. Full of flavors and cooked just right. I ordered the Mac N Cheese and Beans as a side and those too were delicious. The noodles weren't overcooked and the cheese melted nicely. The beans had good flavor and would be great as a topping on a sandwich.

Food was delightful, all of my side sauces were forgotten but didnt even need them, Classic Brisket was amazing , the Loaded Mac & Loaded Mac & Cheese was delicious wanted to steal it from my S/O it was that good. The Cornbread was just basic corn bread was good, then the Whoopie Pies were so light and fluffy and not too sweet would def try and would definitely get again!
