The Tonkotsu Classic was acceptable; however, the noodles were clumped and difficult to separate, and the meat was excessively dry and tough. My husband's Baked Salmon (4 pieces) consisted of small portions heavily coated in mayonnaise, resulting in an overwhelming mayonnaise flavor.

I love the Salmon Carpaccio / 4 Pcs here but they gave me a fork to eat it with LOLOL. Im asian so i drink soup with chopsticks as well
