The Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp was very well seasoned and included a good portion of sides (broccoli, carrots, mushrooms). The chicken was pretty good, but the shrimp was definitely the star of the show. It was prepared super quickly and I had no issues!

This was truly a slice of Japan delivered straight to my workplace. The sauce complemented the rice and the Hibachi Chicken perfectly.
The napkins are extremely thin, almost like tissue paper. Would have been 5/5.

I ordered two Hibachi Chicken entrees and asked for zuchini instead of carrots. They always do this for me but today they decided to just not give me either one and the box was half empty. In addition to my incorrect order, they forgot to put the entire other order of Hibachi Chicken in the bag. Also, after placing my order it took them almost 25 minutes to even accept it and start preparing the food. The Side of Broccoli that I ordered was overcooked and mushy and had no flavor. Chicken was also rubbery. The only good thing about the order was my side of yum Yum Yum Sauce which made the meal actually edible. Very disappointing!

The food was terrible. The teriyaki chicken looked like teriyaki sauce was just painted over top. The steak was overcooked and hard to chew. Not only was the food poor quality, they packaged all 4 entrees into 1 bag which caused the top carton to bend and expose openings that made the juices spill out, and then everything else under neath was squished. When I finally got it home, I had at least a cup worth of juice in the bottom of the bag and had to sit everything in the sink just to clean it up.

A $60 order and it's disgusting. The shrimp are dime size, the steak is very very dry. Everything's dry but the steak is the absolute worst. 8 pieces of chicken on a chicken teriyaki plate. 3 shrimp on a shrimp and steak plate and 4 scallops on a steak and scallop plate??? The worst Japanese I've ever had and definitely the worst I've ever doordashed.
