This may well be my favorite restaurant in the world. I've been in NE Thailand much and the flaming-hot foods there are my kind of stuff. Padaek is the only place I've found, anywhere, that meets that kind of fire. Delightful! Click on "Lao Spicy" and ask for extra chile peppers. Marvelous! EVERYTHING from Padaek has been perfect.

Very, Very good food !! I ordered the Pad Thai (G/V) and Spring Rolls (V) and as someone who has traveled ALOT and tried thai through doordash everywhere I go, this is hands down the best ive had. Was well worth the wait as well.

We have been huge fans of Padaek for the last few years and always order the same things! Not sure if they've changed chefs but the catfish Moak dish this time was very gelatinous, almost like they used too much cornstarch. Good flavor but there was no sauce.

Ordered crispy basil w/crispy tofu and it was undercooked. I even had a note for "extra Crispy Basil (V)" and nope. Never getting this again. This was bad.
