When I order Pancheros from Uptown, I always get sent food from the Golden Valley location and have never had issues. This time I got sent food from the Bloomington location and it was awful. Typically the food ingredients are mixed up but all of the lettuce was at one end. There was the tiniest amount of queso, cheese, guac, and sour cream which made my burrito sooooo dry. I'm not sure if they even added those ingredients it was that bad. The rice was also dry and hard. Disappointing as this is my go to place. Threw it away after a few bites.

The inconsistency is frustrating. Once again the wrapper was stuck to the tortilla and although we ordered the same salsa trio, my sons was too spicy for him and he's no wimp. .

Burrito was pretty disappointing with lack of flavor and minuscule amount of mean, but the Chips and Queso were very good.
