The Sandwich and Soup/Mac was to my liking, I even received an extra 4oz Tomato soup which was great; I was fulfilled for the rest of the afternoon.

It was too expensive for such a small sandwich. The bagel tasted like dirty flour. Lately, the quality has been declining.

Mango smoothie was in a much smaller cup than usual and was very thin and watery.
Food was good, no problems there!

Absolutely loved the food kinda disappointed that I didn't see the Napa Almond Chicken Salad but the NEW Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad and Smokehouse BBQ Chicken were amazing!!

I normally have a good experience with Panera but today I was missing my bread, my soup was cold, and I was not provided a straw. The $.34 refund I was offered does not even cover the cost of the missing bread nor does it cover the quality of the other items. I am very disappointed with this transaction.
