I ordered a bagel pack delivered for work. The bagels were great as always but they did not include the extra tubs of cream cheese I ordered. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5

They do not offer hot teas through DoorDash yet it's an option. So, essentially, I lost $4 because they failed to remove it from this DoorDash menu.

The Broccoli Cheddar Soup is always amazing, the Chicken Bacon Rancher was absolutely phenomenal

The French and onion soup was very bad, I fed it to my squirrels! Everything else was pretty good tho. Especially the bagels
