Terrible service. Ordered two tomato soups and received none and Mac n cheese instead. Then I requested a reorder and the second order came WRONG again, missing the tomato soups but had broccoli soup. How do they get this wrong? No attention to detail.

This was the worst panera i have ever had. The bread was stale and sandwich was thrown together like no one took any care into making this food.

I have the half sandwich with a cup of soup combo. I'm just trying to figure out where the inside of my sandwich is.. it was the chicken salad. soup and sandwich both tasted good, but there was very very little to the sandwich
