I ordered the soup and sandwich combo and the chicken and wild rice BOWL I got, there was only 1 tiny cube of chicken in it. Paying almost 10$ for a bowl of soup that doesn't even have the main ingredient in it. Very disappointing.

The quality has really declined over the years. Each time I get it, all I'm expecting is something that tastes "okay", and even with that low standard I'm often disappointed by what I receive. And the increase in price is totally unwarranted. A tiny cup of soup and salad smaller than my iPhone is $16 now. I could get a good full meal elsewhere for that price.

I really liked the NEW Croissant Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich the last couple times I ordered it but this was pathetic in comparison. Skimped on the bacon, egg was smaller & not as fluffy. Ordered the yogurt Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait for the first time, seriously disappointed in the size for the price but it tasted good. A way to ask for a spoon would be nice. Also it would be really great if you could add sweetener & milk/cream etc to the Mocha Latte & other coffees. The fact you can't customize at least the standard add-ins is really frustrating when the coffee itself is so delicious.
