I usually love Panera but was extremely disappointed tonight. I know things cool on the way to delivery but my grilled cheese had actual cold cheese in the middle that clearly was never cooked. The lid was not properly secured on my soup container so upon arrival it was spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Pouring my soup from the bottom of the bag back into the cup and eating an uncooked cold grilled cheese was very disheartening and disappointing. Especially after paying so much to treat myself and my Mom for dinner :(

Everything thrown into the bag in a jumble, cake, pastry, brownie unwrapped and crumbling under the cream cheese containers, breakfast croissant completely smashed on the bottom of the bag. I know, first world problems, but for these prices? They could at least put each pastry on a bag, the bagels in a bag, load the croissant on top....

Very disappointed! I always loved this salad but it was lots of lettuce and littleof anything else. Absolutely no apples, very little cheese, 3 tomatoes...Ihad to add ingredients!

not worth what I paid for at all. bread was burnt, the ingredients were skimped on and the portions are small. this place used to be great!
