We have ordered from Panera often. The soup and sandwiches come hot and warm . The flavor is great.

This is the second time I ordered and paid for extra bread and did not get it. Also second time ipaid for express delivery and order came later than it was supposed to take a normal delivery. Panera is already expensive and I'm not happy I did get the things I paid for.
