The Panera Bread location I ordered from was out of their Classic White Miche and I was contacted by an associate or manager of the location asking me if I would be okay with Country Rustic Sourdough bread instead.
i agreed, although sourdough bread is not my favorite, I am aware (as a former Panera Bread employee myself) that the Country Rustic Sourdough bread loaf is the closest they have to the Classic White Miche .
Country Rustic Sourdough bread is pretty much a combination of white bread and sourdough bread. It isnt bad, as a replacement. bread loaf, but it isnt Classic White Miche, which I was pretty excited to get as it is delicious and always so soft.

Being a vegetarian, I absolutely love the 4 cheese flatbread and Mediterranean sandwich here. The muffins are good as well

They have never given me a reason to write a Bad review. Let's not start now. I just put in a big order and Panera Bread is one of my go to's for big orders because they never miss.
