The Greek Yogurt with berries is not fresh and is yellow and sour, the granola crunch is slimmy. How do I get my money returned?

We will never order the chicken noodle soup again. I had nine carrot slices and literally 5 noodles in my chicken broth. No chicken. My husband had maybe ten noodles and three or four pieces of chicken in his and gave me a few to add to my soup. How you can charge that much for chicken broth. If it's due to being at the end of the day don't serve it at all. Buyers beware of the chicken noodle "broth." I was able after 2 meager spoonfuls to drink it like tea.

First time ordering from Panera Bread. This is supposed to be a Grilled Cheese. The only thing grilled is the edges on one side while most of that side is just warm and soft bread. This side is also mostly just warm and soft - like it never hit the grill. I expected a crispy, buttery, grilled sandwich and got soft bread.

Everything is delicious and tastes fresh, and I do love the food itself. Although they never listen when I request No Cilantro. I've ordered items with this request enough times to get irritated when they put it in every single time. (it tastes like rotting wood to me)
