Hands down the best breakfast in Fargo! Comes with 3 quesadillas! Normally, eat 1 1/2, maybe 2, save the rest for lunch! Even better has a leftover! Next best thing to texas breakfast burritos!

This is the first place I have actually wanted to give over 5 stars for! I'm soooo picky but this blew me away! The All-American Breakfast Quesadillas were to die for and the Papa's Loaded Tots were perfect! crispy and the egg was perfectly cooked! Everything came hot too! We have been so disappointed with orders lately but this by far redeemed it!

The All-American Breakfast Quesadillas has a slight sweetness to it from the sausage, which compliments the buttery flavor of the tortilla. The Papa Corazón’s Steak Quesadillas have a tender steak with a big scoop of corn. With each quesadilla order you get some chips which are lightly fried. The salsa adds nice flavor and very light heat.

I've gotta say, these All-American Breakfast Quesadillas and the Papa's Loaded Tots were Awesome ! More food than I could eat (and I can eat). The flavors were fantastic. The food arrived very warm. A +. I wish you were in Colorado. If i get back to Fargo, I'll definitely order from you again. 5 stars in my book.

The tots were great, but light on the bacon. Chicken in the Quesadilla was a bit dry and overcooked. The sauces made it better. Veggies weren't really there. A bit disappointing. The sauces made it better! Tortilla was nice and crisp. Probably wouldn't order again . My driver was great.
