The strawberry Dubai cup was fake and very mid. The crepes were so chewy not good at all. Pretty bad food overall

I love the food most of the time. Their customer service sucks unfortunately. No one is friendly there. Also, when my relative went to pick up the order, instead of letting him know when he pick it up that they were out of the item that was ordered , they handed him the bag and inside the tied up bag its says we are out of the Strawberry Dubai (20oz) ask for a refund. Everytime i go, me and other people end up waiting 40+ min for our orders. They need a new system that works for fast and efficient service and friendlier staff.
