The food is top-notch and the bread is thick and soft. They rectified a mistake and contacted me to confirm they fixed the issue. I ordered directly on their website but they contracted doordash for the order.

Always delicious and always fresh! My husband loves their French fries because they remind him of fries you'd get at a fair! Highly recommend their wraps, especially the Turkey Bacon with pickles added. I always get the Italian! Super yummy.

The Ghost Pepper Cheesesteak was FIRE!! This sandwhich did not disappoint. I ordered a Create Your Own Grilled Dagwood with all the extras and it was probably the best sandwhich I have had. The food came promptly and was hot , fresh and full of delicious toppings.

Pizza sub was good but I think ovens needto be recalibrated. Bread was a little soft and needs tobe cooked longer. Also cheese was totally undercooked. Another thing - please either give option to request ketchup or at least add some to the bag cause this store NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER includes any ketchup!

2 sandwiches not made as ordered and all of the food was extra salty and oily. The fries were cold and the snack size was only 3in long! I ordered extra chicken on the snack size and barely got any! I asked for no seasoning, they added it anyway! I will never return to this Penn Station again.
