in word, the cheesteak was disgusting. I paid $20 dollars for a dinky sandwich, the meat was awful, they flavored it with soy sauce or something like that. There were barely any mushrooms, the onions were sautéed but not enough because they were crunchy, and there was no pizza sauce. a good Philly cheesesteak has ketchup on it and they couldn't even handle it. I find Penn Station to be a WASTE of money and a SHAM. If I were Door Dash I'd seriously reconsider sponsoring them because it makes Door Dash look BAD....

French fries were crispy burnt and got the bottom of the basket. 1/2 of my 8 dollar fries were burnt ends.

Sandwich was very good but the buns keep getting smaller and smaller.
The fries were mostly tiny pieces and very crispy.
Last time for me ordering the fries.

Sandwich was very dry, and over cooked. There was barely any Teriyaki sauce on the sandwich, cheese was dry, over melted.
