The food is amazing. Slightly more expensive than competitors... but you get what you pay for!! One of my favorite sandwich places. Fresh cut fries are a must.

Asked for lite cheese and they left it off completely. I only had 2 banana peppers and one greeen pepper on the entire sandwich, and two slices of tomato on the entire regular sized sandwich. I ordered a Grilled Veggie so having so many of the toppings left off made the sandwich VERY small. Like less than half of the size it normally is. The quality was terrible. Fries were fine. Normally I LOVE Penn Station but this was a miss

Cheesesteak was fantastic! My wife had chicken teriyaki and loved it also. This is definitely the go to place for hot subs!!!

While there was no problem with the food, the delivery time was ridiculous. I placed my order at 10:59 with an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. The restaurant took so long to complete my order (2 hot subs and an order of fries) that the dasher didn't even get the food until 11:55. Almost a full hour for two subs?!? Completely unacceptable. The dasher was waiting for the order, and texted me that he's had consistent problems with this restaurant.
As I said, the food was fine, but don't order from here if you want your food quickly...
