Pho tender rice noodle and succulent meat served in our signature stock. Cooked for up to 24 hours, our stock is brought to life with the unique combination of herbs and spices-cinnamon, star anise, cloves, liquorice, etc. Pho is served in a bowl with flat rice noodles in clear beef or chicken broth. Topped off with sliced onion, shallots and served with standard side beansprout, mint, lemon and fresh cut chili.
Your Choice of Noodle: Egg noodle, Clear noodle, Rice noodle (Pho), Thin rice vermicelli noodle.
Our bowl includes thin rice vermicelli with lettuce, cucumber, pickled carrot, bean sprouts, top with fried onion, peanuts (P), and mints. Served with our special fish sauce.
Wrap Your Own - 6 Rolls. Thin rice vermicelli noodles with lettuce, cucumber, pickle carrot, bean sprout, mints, fried onion & peanuts (P). Wrapped with rice paper served with our special fish sauce. Pre-Wrapped for additional cost.
